A friend told me to register for the Fisher-Price Space Saver High Chair when I was pregnant with JD, and I am so glad I listened! (She also recommended other space saving gear like our portable swing.) It makes sense: save space in the kitchen by putting the high chair on an existing chair. We use this chair for every meal. When company comes and we need all the chairs, this seat comes off and JD eats a little closer to the floor. We can also easily put this seat in the car to take along when we go to Grandma and Grandpa's house for dinner, although we are now getting close to being able to get by with just a booster seat.
As far as high chairs go, this tilts, is easily cleaned, and is very comfy, as JD demonstrates.
The only negative is that as JD started moving around more, the chair scratched the wooden chair it was on. We put felt pads on the bottom, and the problem was solved. It has survived a year of use with JD, and we look forward to using it in a few months with Baby O!
