Usually thinking about JD growing up makes me sad, but during our trip I was able to really appreciate and enjoy it. He spent a lot of quality time with his dad which led to him doing more "big boy" things. It was amazing to see it all through his eyes. He wants to be like his daddy, and it melts my heart <3

He was determined to get his hat on backwards. |

So independent! |

He always wanted to help. |

I love the tough guy face here! |

He did it at every hotel where there wasn't bell service. |

It won't be long before he really is driving. |
We took 10 gazillion pictures on this trip, and I look forward to re-savoring all of these little moments.
O better stay a baby for a long time! Or we may have to start talking about having another one ;)

I can't believe how big he looks in this pic! Where is my baby?!?! |
These are so sweet! Don't worry too much about him growing up. I'm enjoying mine at 13 and 15 as much if not more than when they were babies. I'm not ready for them to leave though. I'm savoring these last years at home.
ReplyDeleteAww. So cute. He is such a big boy!
